Sew and tell Feb 27 2020

Jenny made this cheery sundress from
 fabric given to her by a friend. 
Last week she was cutting it out and 
this week she wore it

The hexagon centre of this quilt was donated.
 Lois added the borders then quilted and
 bound it ready to go to palliative care.

Cathy made this disappearing nine patch quilt
 for her son. It will be finished just in time for 
him to pack it for his big move to Ireland

This quilt top was donated by a generous quilter
 after our break in last year. Narelle offered
 to quilt it ready to go to one of the charities we support

Another donated quilt top, quilted and finished by Erica

Clare is very pleased with her "work in
 progress" so far. It will become the centre
 of a quilt and is all done by hand,
which is not her preferred method of patchwork

Sew and tell Feb 6 2020

Jenny Made her dad a quilt and a lap quilt as a 
'cheer you up" gift because he has been ill lately

Lap quilt using the same pattern as the quilt 
with different fabrics

Meryl has had her eye on this jacket pattern 
for a couple of yeas and finally got around 
to making it. Although, she didn't realise how 
much work was involved till she got started
