Elly's OS trip was cancelled earlier this year 
because of COVID. She decided to make mini 
quilts to represent all the places she has been. 
They will adorn the walls of her sewing room

These 4 beautiful quilts were a team effort by Judy 
and Erica. Judy made the tops, they sandwiched
 them together, Erica did the quilting then back
 to Judy for binding. They are to be donated to 
our local nursing home

to be donated to the Veterans and families support group

 collection for Meals on Wheels this year

 gorgeous fairy quilt for her soon to be born
 3rd great-grand- daughter

Barbara turned them into a lovely
 bag for the trading table at our quilt 
show in Sept


Rhonda used up lots of small scraps
 to make this interesting quilt to go to our
 local nursing home

Jan got a bit over enthusiastic when she was cutting 
the 1/2 square triangles for this beautiful king size quilt. 
She had enough left over to make a single bed quilt

Sew and tell Nov 26 2020

 


Maureen called this quilt "Puppy Love". 
She made it for her 5 yo grand-daughter
 whose 2 much loved dogs are her 
constant companions


This Tumbling Blocks (without "Y" seams)
 queen size quilt is an 18th birthday gift for Meryl's grandson


One of our new members, Janice, made
 this Log Cabin quilt in 2014. She brought it
 in to show us how she made it using the
 quilt as you go method




Margaret made this Drunkeds Path quilt to 
donate to the local Veterans support group. She used
 donated fabrics from our stash and cut then
 on the Accuquilt

Rosaleen fell in love with this quilt when
 she was on an OS trip a few years ago
 and bought the kit. When she got back
 home she thought "what have I done!"
 when she realised how much work was involved.

 how difficult the center block pattern was

Stella started this quilt for her brother's
 60th birthday. She finally finished it
 just in time for his 65th.




Marg had some pieces of doilies left over
 from a quilt she recently finished and 
decided to turn them into a cushion cover


Making flags for bunting for next year's 
quilt show. We have just passed the 2 
thousand mark, so 4 thousand to go

Janelle bought some 5" squares at a
 bargain price and added some Teddy Bear
 fabric to make this cot quilt

quilt a few years ago when she visited
 the Piecemaker shop. It sat in the too hard
 basket until COVID lockdown when she
 thought it would be a good time to tackle it

 have been busy during COVID making
 crib quilts to add to our collection for next year
