Sew and tell Nov 3 2020

 


Janelle has been busy making cot quilts.
 Believe it or not, this one is made from a panel


Janelle bought some 5" squares at a
 bargain price and added some Teddy Bear
 fabric to make this cot quilt

Elly found the pattern for this 4 seasons 
quilt a few years ago when she visited
 the Piecemaker shop. It sat in the too hard
 basket until COVID lockdown when she
 thought it would be a good time to tackle it

box and thought she would finish it off
 in time to be taken to Moree by Erica

Jan had this "labour of love" applique quilt 
professionally quilted by Narelle. She just 
has to trim and bind it and it will be ready for her bed

Virginia turns tweed jackets that are not
 suitable for sale at the Life-Line op-shop
 into shoulder bags

Blocks and fabrics donated to the 
Life-Line op-shop have been made
 into colourful bags by Virginia for sale in the shop

These birthday cushions for Jenny's nieces
 and nephews have a pocket on the back to 
store their favourite books
